Description

In order to support multiple languages the 'Preferences' dialog (Host/Rsrc/Prefs.odc) needs to be extended with a language selection.
A proposal by Helmut Zinn for the changes exists in CPC 1.7 rc6.

Refers to CPC 1.7 change list number 52.
