network file delete under Win10 sometimes fails

Description

Under Windows 10 it has been observed that deleting a file on a network share sometimes
does not work. This is possibly related to using a virus scanner. However, repeating the
delete attempt does work and this leads to the proposed change appended below.

In HostFiles.Delete change the following line
UNTIL (res # fileExistsErr) & (res # alreadyExistsErr) & (res # paramErr) & (res # sharingErr) OR (n = 0);
to
UNTIL (res # fileExistsErr) & (res # alreadyExistsErr) & (res # paramErr) & (res # sharingErr) & (res # accessDeniedErr) OR (n = 0);
