It was originally proposed to display the complete link command in the status line when the mouse is moved over an active link. After discussion, the proposal is to display, and control, this command in the Link dialog by pressing Ctrl + mouse right. In addition, it is proposed to simplify the insertion of links by converting any unformatted selected text into a link and opening the link dialog for specifying the properties.
