The history 'comment' property of a stamp element (StdStamps.StdView) is stored as a short string in BB1.6. The storage format needs to be extended in order to support 16-bit Unicode strings. In addition a resource mapping should be added for the title when opening the tool dialog. A proposal by Eugene Temirgaleev Ilya Ermakov et al. for the changes exists in CPC 1.7 rc5.
